What's new

Following potential 2014 draftees

kaminsky is listed at 7ft. did you see how he towered over randle and even dakari johnson? he is poorman's pau gasol with little bit of thinner chris kaman in him.

Doesn't matter actually, just read Kaminsky and Dekker are returning. They will be a strong favorite to win it all next year.

Love me some Dekker, but he the dude really needs to improve his ball-handling.

for real? that's surprising. i thought he would come out. his stock can't get any higher

Is anyone going to be able to beat Wisconsin next year?

Only key player that will graduate will be Brust. Kaminsky, Jackson, and Gosser are all juniors.

Dekker is a sophomore.

Hayes and Koening are promising freshman.

Besides Iowa State? Probably no one.

well, sooner or later big ten team gotta win it all. maybe next year will be their year. big ten team is always so close, but they are always 1 player away. they just can't seem to recruit as well as other top teams.

Yeah, I looked at Wisconsin's recruits for next year and they got no stars coming in. Best player from Wisconsin going to UCLA. According to ESPN, not even a single Wisconsin HS player has committed to Wisconsin this year.

lolololololololol

From Iowa State?????????

You krak me up.

Is this serious? Or am I missing your sarcasm?

It's a massive demotion. You do realize the following:

1. Hoiberg is an ISU alum.
2. He is from Ames.
3. His wife is from Ames.
4. They are raising 4 children in Ames.
5. His parents are from Ames and his dad teaches at ISU.
6. His in-laws are from Ames.
7. His nickname is "The Mayor." He's probably in line for some sort of political office once he retires a la Tom Osborne.

It's like the perfect storm. And when is the last time that any successful, high-major D1 coach took an assistant coaching position at another school?

Dude might be first in line for any of the blue blood jobs should they come open. Kansas, UCLA, Duke, North Carolina, Indiana, Kentucky. He's not taking a backseat to anyone.
