Following potential 2014 draftees

Peeks, what are the chances someone picks Exum over Jabari (thus sending Parker to us at #4, if we pick there)?

I have nothing but a guess.. but I will say that this scout did say the Exum is more liked by scouts that the mocksters.

I still think it goes;
Wiggins
Embiid
Parker
Exum

.. but I got nothing solid on the subject.

Cool.

God I want top 4.

I didn't ask him. But I like TJ.. fwiw. ;)

I figured. He's not exactly the first guy on anybody's mind when talking draft. I think the Jazz need to turn that second 1st rounder into #14-18 though if the cost isn't too high. Lots of guys that could potentially be in that range that are still interesting, including Warren.

1. Wiggins
2. Embiid
3. Parker
4. Exum
5. Gordon
6. Smart
7. Randle
8. Vonleh

Might put Vonleh ahead of Randle by draft day.

How does anybody slot Embiid without knowing how healthy or unhealthy he is? Or do we know for certain he has no health concerns? I love Embiid and would take him #1 overall if I knew he were completely healthy, but unless I'm missing something, we could be looking at the next Bowchardt

PKM has said that NBA teams aren't that worried about his back.

Haha, PKM says a scout doesn't think other scouts are as high on Randle and within an hour he's gonna drop on everyone's board here.

It depends on who drafts him and what they have. But the kid is NBA ready today and will be very good. Does he have holes? Yup. Does he have the highest ceiling? Nope.

There is A LOT to be said about these kids before now and draft day. Both from scouts and PKM ;).

adidas today announced a partnership with Australian NBA Draft prospect Danté Exum. The 18-year-old, 6-foot-6-inch combo guard is projected to be one of the top picks in the 2014 NBA Draft. Exum brings a unique skill set and background to one of the most highly touted draft classes in recent years.

“I’m really excited to join the adidas family,” said Exum. “I’ve had the opportunity to play in adidas Nations in the past and I’ve always liked their shoes and gear. I look forward to what’s to come for me and adidas.”

Its weird that before the season almost everyone said Randle had a huge ceiling and could be great. Not sure why one decent season at KY changed that. Im not nearly as excited about him as I was to begin, but just dont buy that he is not that well regarded and not seen as someone who could get better. Not doubting what PKM's homey is saying, just my perspective.
