Following potential 2014 draftees

This Parker being overweight thing is ridiculous. Whether or not he has 4% body fat or 9% isnt going to make much of a difference. The dude is going to ball regardless. Some guys dont need to be shredded to be ballers.

I think his future team would at least like to see him lose weight once during his rookie contract to find out if a lighter version can succeed better on the wings and if he's still slow you simply make him regain the weight in strength. With his rookie contract he'll hire a personal cook if he listens to advisors.

I think Jabari struggles with weight a little vs. doesn't struggle.

I think I'd be more concerned with work ethic than weight. (not because he's lazy)

Question is if his weight is an result of food preferences and selection. That's also part of work ethic btw. What I said in my first comment should also apply to this as a personal cook will serve him new dishes that maybe can serve the same roles that high calory sweets did in the past.

Sidenote: I'm in no way ruling out that he's chubby as a result of a disfunctional metabolism.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVLed7IOPCU heres 222lb Jabari in action. there was footage of him going 1v1 vs KD from this camp that i used to post, i could be wrong but i think that vid has disappeared from the internet, cant seem to find it

I think Parker needs to lose twenty pounds if he has any chance of being a SF in the league. In the last video, he look much more athletic and actually looked like a SF.

Would you guys do this trade if the jazz had won the first pick in the draft? Jazz trading 1st and 23rd pick if the sixers had offered their 3rd and 10th pick.

That would depend on what came out about Wiggins, Parker and Embid during the draft process. For example if Embid's back checks out, then the offer is more attractive. But we'll have to wait until draft lottery to have any 'real' speculations.

So Parker looks like he will likely always have conditioning problems

I wouldn't say that. I look at Carmelo can into the league with baby fat. I thought he may struggle with conditioning he slowly over time have build an ideal body for his skill set.

#Hungry is probably the most mis-used word this year.... it really only applies to Randle's drive to succeed. It has nothing to do with nutritional consumption, or over-consumption.
I'd like to try an experiment...

Put kkk in a jail alone with a guy named Butch, who has been in seclusion for a year, and devoid of human contact and see who dominates who. Let's see how hungry he is.
