The Jordan and Kobe comparisons are horrible. Come on people.

jordan had went to college for what...3-4 yrs? he came in quite well groomed to play ball.
Jordan also has like 8inches on his vertical over exum.
exum is probably going to have the same fate as enes kanter.
Agree, Even IF EXum becomes a GREAT player, he is still incredibly raw.We need to be patient. Even the great Kobe Bryant had two pretty unspectacular seasons to start his career, averaging 7.6 and then 15.4 pts/per - and he wasn't having to run the offense.jordan had went to college for what...3-4 yrs? he came in quite well groomed to play ball.

I don't see him as a Kobe or Jordan.
Jordan had a 48 inch vertical jump.
Kobe had a 38 inch vertical.
Kobe has a great fade away shot. I haven't seen any videos of Exum with a strong fade away jump shot.
I see Exum as more of a tall Tony Parker. Quick first step and great finisher around the basket. A little bit of Parker's game and a little bit of Ginobili's game. Guys who great at going through traffic. Exum isn't a high flyer. He is crafty and quick.
Exum only had a 34.5 vertical. Which is the exact same as Hayward's.
Don't put these unrealistic expectations on the kid. He has a long way to go and needs to get stronger. But I think he will be effective his first year. but I think a tall Tony Parker is a better comparison then Kobe or Jordan.
Y'all don't understand...,
Exum is the Jit!!!
If he played in college this year he would be the consensus #1 pick!!!
Why you think Cavs were trying to get him in for a workout so late!!!
His Dad played with Jordan, Worthy!!
Australia is a great Basketball country!!
He has been part if the Australian Basketball Program since he was 15, eating and drinking Basketball 24/7!!!
His dad played in the NBA... It's a fact that NBA children play better much better than their fathers in the NBA!!!
He is the Fastest player 6'4" or taller in the NBA the minute he steps on the court in October!!

Exum is going to struggle - a LOT - as a rookie. But we'll see glimpses of his incredible speed. And he's in the hands of a coaching staff dedicated to player development. I think we drafted a couple of players that have a good chance of sticking with the Jazz for a LONG time.
