Time ForThe " Rodney Hood" Hype

I can't claim it, and I don't know who to credit, but I love the nick name "Rodney Hood-Prince of Threes".

I wanted to post this last night in the practice thread but forgot and then I came in to post that in this thread only to find out it was posted twice.

When you say the whole thing it does have a certain ring to it. Can definitely see Boler saying "Prince of Three's"

Rodney Hood is like a Michael Jordan who could actually hit a fastball.

Someone needs to Photoshop a movie poster - and I mean someone who can do a really good job.

yo Jazzfanz,
in the mood for Hood?

he will be an All Star, ROY and DOY, this year.
Future HOF'er!
He will convert to Mormonism (word?)
Dynasty in the making baby.

So if Hood and Exum really impress, where does that leave Hayward? Charlotte fans no doubt are hoping the Jazz rooks really shine...

They will only have one game before the deadline, but doubt they would base anything off SL play anyways. Looks like its going to be a match and figure it all out later move.

I am not downing Hood at all. I like the pick. I love his shooting numbers at Duke. But I've heard people rave about his athleticism and I wonder, if he's so athletic and 6'8", why did he only average 3.9 rebounds per game last year in 32 minutes for a Duke team that didn't exactly have big men getting his rebounds?

Jabari "boozered" him on all the free rebounds.

I do believe Hood's game/strengths will fit our needs and it will get him more playing time this year than Exum, especially of we don't bring in another 3. I'd say it would be fairly reasonable to assume it's possible he could start if Burks is still coming off the bench.

Some say I may have been a little excited about Hood after the first practice. But after last night, I'm ready to declare him the best shooter on the Jazz. The dude had 29 and was pulled early because we were burying the Bucks.
