2014 *Current Players* NBA Fantasy Draft

.... my brother said to me yesterday Jazzfanz is turning me into something he doesn't like. I refused to believe it but I'm beginning to think he may be right.

Seems like all the hating around here is starting to get to me.. oh well.

Us hating your pick has nothing to do with you changing. That's on you.

Rose may not be a terrible pick in actuality, but I think it may be for this particular contest. I don't think the average voter will ascribe him much value, relatively speaking.

I think Duncan will retire in two or three years the most. I respect him a lot. I think most basketball players should be like him when it comes to character. And I think he is the one that put his team together, helped his coach apply his mentality and let his team win another one when they are relatively old, if you count the success as a fruit of many years past for the Spurs. But he went early. I wouldn't take him before round two.

Best value so far was the Melo, but it's probably poor value in a JFC contest since everyone here irrationally hates him.

Worst value so far is Duncan @ 5, but Hotttnickkk can still build a strong team.

Y'all should have done 8 man rotations like Cy said, imo.

1. Ellis269 - LeBron James
2. addictionary - Kevin Durant
3. Cyrone Torbin - Anthony Davis
4. White Chocolate - Blake Griffin
5. Hotttnickkk - Tim Duncan
6. Hack - Stephen Curry
7. PKM - Chris Paul
8. Spycam - Russell Westbrook
9. Siromar - Carmelo Anthony
10. QSH - Derrick Rose
11. NUMBERICA - Marc Gasol
12. Hekate - Dwight Howard
13. mhindy - Kevin Love
14. Thee Jazz Fan

Kevin Love is a FANTASTIC pick at 13.

Thank you. I like his versatility in that he can do a lot on offense to cover up for more one-dimensional players, and I also like that I can pair him with a true rim protector who brings almost nothing on offense and feel good about it.

This draft will be so much more fun to vote on imo because it will be much easier to visualize how players fit together and how they match up against thier opponent

Agreed. Hard to decide sometimes in the all-time draft because even players I had watched play, I hadn't necessarily watched in their prime.

I actually thought he was already gone, tbh.. but nevertheless, I hate that pick blah blah blah.
