Anything amazing in sports, like buzzer beaters in basketball, great soccer goals, crazy knock outs, extremely lucky or unlucky moments etc. I'll start with two amazing basketball finishes that I watched live on TV.

This one was more recently but kinda lucky.

And found this one while looking for the above videos. It's similar to the second video.

Gotta love the dude demanding the ball and saying "WTF?" after the shot and then "Wheeeeee?!??!"

How was that first one not a lane violation on the free throw?

That's what I saw too.
Well, at first it looks like that way. Actually there is indeed a lane violation but at the end I think referees made the right decision by not stopping the game. Because the white player makes the first violation and according to the Fiba rules the play should continue in this situation as long as the defending team have the the defensive rebound which is what happened here.

That actually makes no sense. So if I am the defender I can jump in the middle of the lane and as long as I get the rebound it's cool? If I am defending and I step in the lane then the guy should get another shot if he misses. That is the point of lane violations. If the lane violation is first on the offensive team then the shot should be waved off. I am not sure when the screen shot takes place but I was pretty sure it was the defender who first stepped into the lane.

edit: Ok watching it over and over a few times it looks like the defending player touches his foot in the lane first then picks it up after which the offensive player tries to block him out causing him to step in the lane while the other guy's foot is raised. Idk could go either way.

I can't follow you. Do we say different things? When the offensive player makes the violation first, which what happened here I believe, if the shot is successful it won't count but if the shot wasn't successful and the defensive team get the rebound, the game will continue.
