What's new

Let's show em' how it's done in Detroit tonight

When you have a team this young you really can't classify road wins as lucky or stolen - every road win is a good win.

Even still, it bears mentioning Jazz played probably their 4th best game out of 6 and they still managed to win.

Burke needs to get his head out of his *** and I'm not even talking about his play - walking off the court sulking after a win shows real immaturity.

Exum being a calming factor out though, I think it's really good for him to have Hayward being able to take a lot of the ball handling so it's not always on him.

9pts, 3reb, 5 assists, 1 steal.

+11 also, he was a key factor in coming back from 11.

Left out the 0 turnovers - Has bad handles.:D

Well...Detroit really messed that one up

Booker´s opponents Fieldgoal percantage is 50 percent and this guy is playing against bench players, most of his minutes.

What bothers me about Burke is that he's averaging fewer than 4 APG. I get that he's cold atm (shot wise), but why is he such a terrible passer when this new system allows players to get much better assist numbers. Hell, his assist numbers are barely better than Exum's!

Gotta give an assist to SVG on this one - you want to ice a hot shooter (Jennings) sit him on the bench for 25 real time minutes. QS putting Burks on him threw Jennings off a little bit too.

I read the thread and the same people blame Kanter for every point scored. I don't know where the stats were taken that I read earlier in the thread as they were not sourced. But the only Piston big to shoot over 50% tonight was Jerbenko. Josh Smith, Monroe, and Drummond were all far below 50% from the floor.

I do not deny that every now and then Kanter has a play on defense that makes you bang your head on the table, but the hate some fans give him is irrational. He is 22 and learning a new system. He tried to hustle tonight and he shot the ball very well. Get off his back.

Hayward was something like 2-10 until the fourth quarter. You have to hand it to the guy, because he brought it when it mattered.

I have always liked Burke, but Exum seems to be improving every single game. I would still bring Exum off the bench, but there may be a time he forces his way into the starting line-up.

Way to shoot the ball Ingles.
