It was reported. And yes, I do take offense to someone posting something as a "quote" by me when it was not, especially if that quote is about molestation, rape or something else that is highly offensive. We've had multiple posters get offended when a conversation makes light of something like rape, sexual orientation, race, etc. All I've asked is that you not put something in quotes that is clearly not something a poster said. I can't speak to why PKM didn't get an infraction. Maybe it was because he did apologize, which I appreciate. I'll bet Cy's infraction was, in part, for making an offensive false quote after I had publicly stated that was offensive and wrong.

I did something similar back in my rebellious days (circumventing the profanity filter). I know it's hard to believe, but I had about a 6-month ongoing feud with a few mods 2-3 years ago. Then I reformed. You couldn't pay me enough to be a mod!

My quote didn't even reference any of those things, it was just "They aren't that little, ok". Could be about anything. Kind of the same principle behind posters posting "WTF". Yeah, it most commonly means something, but it could mean anything. Most post could have been alluding to PKM's post, or it could have just been a random post. Not fractable.

I think the infraction is a bit over the top but that's what you get when posting on a site that is behind the Mormon curtain. It comes with the territory.
