Warriors and Jazz Mega Trade

I had forgotten the whole Denver vs GSW playoff series where Mark Jackson accused Denver of targetting Steph Curry's ankles (a strategy Corbin should consider---I was joking, kind of).


Jackson claimed he had inside information from inside the Denver lockerroom that Denver was conspiring to get Curry's ankles: "I’ve got inside information that some people don’t like that brand of basketball and they clearly didn’t co-sign it, so they wanted to let me know they had no parts in what was taking place."

Wonder if it was Iggy who was feeding him info????
 
Hey remember when I accurately predicted that the Jazz would trade for Richard Jefferson, Andria Biedrins, and a bunch of picks?


This was Jazzfanz legendary. I hate to toot my own horn here, but c'mon, this was pure genius. No one will do it ever again.

Who cares. Kicky even had a dream that we would draft Kanter, and I think that happened befor the NBA season was over. That's way more impressive. Lol

Well, I suppose now that the words are marked, what happened at the trade deadline? I think the most notable player moved was Spencer Hawes, and no 1st round picks were dealt.

Exactly. Getting under the cap and luxury tax is just not very difficult these days. Contracts are shorter and the cap keeps increasing. There are no teams needing to dump salaries, other than to rebuild (as Philly did).

Here's my Warriors trade prediction

Stoked got all mad and ****, and mashed my thread with the official thread,and changed the thread title. I made this thread before the trade happened. I had to fabricate the source to protect the identity of my contact.

Dwight didn't end up going to the Warriors, but he wanted to. Brandon Rush was thrown in the deal at the last minute. That's why I left it out.

Read through, and see the raw reactions to it. I reported this first.
 
"I've got 'em", Hack said, smiling as he wiped the dust off the year-old topic. "They won't be able to say anything now," he laughed to himself as he gleefully typed up his victory post.
 
Is it really a prediction when you started the thread with a tweet that said the deal was in the works?
