Why highlights can be misleading. James Harden, Defensive Mastermind

Well that's 5 min of gambles.

I guess we could get a 10 min highlight reel where these reach ins are whistled fouls, exposed the defense so bad that Howard couldn't repair the situation.

Makes in no way up for the 15 min highlight of Harden being disinterested, out of position and lost his man on defense because his defensive awareness is as bad as his recent comment about teammates.
 
I almost think the Rockets may not make the playoffs. Ariza goes back to meh Ariza, Howard's back flares up, and McHale, well, is McHale which is God awful. It wouldn't shock me if they barely miss out on the playoffs. Then again, it also wouldn't shock me if they were the #2 or 3 seed.

Haha they think McHale is good coach. Boston ruins every legacy like Garnett & Ainge. Good thing for Larry Bird to get ****ed out by dodge.
 
I just can't stop thinking how bad he is defensively and seeing those highlights as accidental steals. Lucky coincidences.

....true dat! Good defense is a state of mind over matter.....effort is more about defense than anything else. Even if your man beats you on occasion, good effort can result in better defense and more wins.
 
I usually like it when ppl are self concious and it leads to them being able to make a joke about their own shortcomings.

But I think it's ridiculous that he starts marketing his unwillingness to defend with these foot locker commercials.
