I wouldn't do this unless it was over one million dollars.
I'd give up a toe for a Jazz championship...

****ing sellouts in here.
Isn't this basically what happens in politics.
Step 1 - No amount of money will sway me from doing whats right --- followed by an election won.
Step 2 - I don't believe in your cause.... but that is a lot of money toward my campaign fund, and I want to be re-elected so I can "make a difference".
Step 3 - Ok, ok... I will vote that way, yes, I remember you gave me all that money.
Step 4 - I've changed my mind..... I now feel differently about that issue ( to the public).... because of the money.
Step 5 - If you have money, and give it to me, I will vote however you want me to.
etc...
I think we have quite a few potential politicians in this group.
No need to apply: Buffalo Bills, Detroit Lions, Cincinnati Bengals - because you have also proven you could care less about winning.

Yeah I'd lose a ****ing toe, too.
For the record, being a fan of a sports team is a great deal different than being a leader of men. Although I would sell out my allegiance to a sports team --- an act that would be of utterly no consequence to anyone including, in the long run, myself --- I would never, ever, sell out my fellow man, or my own principles and beliefs, for a buck.
I understand why you might resent those of us who said we would sell our allegiance to a sports team, and you might consider us fairweather, etc. But you are equating things which are not equal, and that's not completely fair.
