I have hung out with all except Dalagirl..

lol.. I was just being hard on myself for not being MORE healthy.. but I really eat quite healthily.

It's time for a change. For the board and, more importantly to me, for me. Mock me if you want, but this is not a retirement speech, I'll still be around.

Truth is, I quit alcohol about 10 days ago, got re-acclimated with my Savior, and have been eating healthy and working out... and I crave that more than JF .. at least in this 'season.'

So how did this work out? You still off the sauce? Still slurpring Jesus?
