Where are Jazz supporters located geographically?

Apparently there are lots of Jazz supporters in Northern Rockies, British Columbia and Quebec - are they dalamon's family and friends????

That orange area in northern Canada is called Northern Rockies municipality. It is freezing cold, and it has a total population of 5000 people. I am SHOCKED that 3% of all Jazz related tweets come from that region. Must be an error.

Edit: Almost as shocked at the 3% that come from the Aleutian islands in the Arctic Ocean! WTF! They must be using a small sample to draw general statistical conclusions.
 
I live smack-dab in the middle of Alberta. No-where near Northern B.C.

The graph shows followers of the teams not team related tweets. I think that's more impressive.
 
Hmm. Viewing other teams and it looks like most teams have 3.23% in Northern Rockies...
 
It'd be interesting to display all the world. I bet lots of fans in Turkey, France and Australia
 
Interesting, however choropleths can be misleading, especially all the way out to the county level. I'd like to see something more normalized, and at a finer scale. cool idea though.
 
Moved recently, Near Albany, NY now. Since I watch the Jazz online I wont miss any games still. But it will be shocking to hear the Media here talk Jazz unless they just whipped the Knicks. I'm just glad 1280 and 700 are easy to find on online apps.
 
LA area but I have to remain undercover. You saw what those crazy LA fans did to Bryan Stow. Granted the LA/Jazz rivalry isn't as big as Dodgers/Giants, but I would never, ever take the risk of going to the Staples center in Jazz attire.

I did it once when jazz played the clippers. I met a lot of jazz fans. don't worry too much
 
I did it once too Lakers. It was fine. Got some laughs (at, not with) for yelling stuff in an Australian accent.
