Hello all. Haven't posted or logged in to my account in forever it seems, but in my day i was quite the active poster. As the saying goes - life happens. I'm curious, though, if any of the old guard is still around? I'm talking 7+ years.
 
I started around six years ago I think. SerpicoNJ was my original name. But I doubt I'm considered the old guard. Most of them post next to never. YB85 (Youngblood85), sirkickyass, GVC...they rarely post any more...UB isn't on unless he's under a new name. Trout is on as EJ Wells and is still sometimes up to his usual shenanigans.

kicky, still making the rounds huh. Long time.

Good to hear some of the others at least still have a presence. YB, GVC.... even "trout" I guess (CPDP +2 if anyone gets that).

JDJ, SJF, tater or Colton still around as well? JG15, catz?
 
Haven't seen JDJ in ages. SJF posts on occasion, but not often. Colton is still here. JG15 and Cat haven't posted in ages. I'm still around!
 
How long has been since this website was made/ redone after the crash?

How long ago since this site started/broke off from Realgm?
 
I'm still bitter about the crash. I'd kill to have access to some of those old threads again. That said, I see Buckner still lives. I guess that's something.
 
I signed up again right after the crash as well within a couple weeks. I was on the old board for a couple of years before the crash (BC? hmm) but didn't post much. Have always been LogGrad98.

I'm still here FWIW

And a mod at that! I think I was a mod before the crash too. I've done my best to help keep Buckner going.

I always thought I was part of the second wave (third? Fourth?), arriving (more-or-less) with the Illinois crowd (I missed out on the Arroyo fanboys). Always felt like a bit of an outsider, and never felt I could keep up intellectually/humorously with the true old guard (Pearl, Tater, YB, Catz, Tink, Bordy, et al.). My first handle was TICC.

I remember you TICC. I was there well before the Illinois crowd but not all the back to the real gm board. I miss arguing with tater and pearl.

I might have met you at Nite Out one year. Kiri.de.carlos wore a white frilly skirt, and catz held me hostage for the entirety of the second half. Bulls game in 2006 or 2007 IIRC (might have been the Hornets game when Trout seemed to actually annoy CP by screaming that he drinks pee).
