Jazz @ Celtics, 1/21/11 5:30 Utah Time

Dearest Deron,

I have 1/8th of your talent, but I actually push the tempo instead of whining about wanting to push the tempo.

Sincerely,
Earl

P.S. You suck.

OK so far I have to say this is a bad April Fool's joke...the Jazz sent a Jr. College team against Boston and the real Jazz just stayed at home right?

Right?

Right?

1/8th? Is your zero key stuck or something?

Right?
Nope. This is the real Utah Jazz. This is who we are. A mediocre team.

Getting annoyed. If you're going to make a run, ****ing keep it going. Quit letting them get back into the game.

Can someone please tell Millsap that catching the basketball, pumpfaking, taking 1 stationary dribble and then passing it right back where it came from accomplishes absolutely nothing aside from disrupting the rhythm and flow of our offense?

Just returned home from a tropical resort where I was away from any internet and so on. Saw last Jazz results, turned on the Celtics game. WTF happened? When did we become a ****ing jumpshooting team?

Jesus christ. They better come out and play one hell of a second half if they expect to take this game.

So, I check the halftime score and am I surprised? No.
The refs got rid of Deron and kept him out. CJ does ok, so they get rid of him.
GIve Boston a bunch of ft's.

I dont' need to watch this. This is Boston appreciation night by the refs. Jazz never had a chance.

Don't play damn fesenko for god sakessssss. Another loss??? Oh yeah because our boys have no more confidence, we give minutes to "hai-wood" instead of miles. And we give minutes to memo and fes. Instead of elson and evans...at least he can dunk the ball at point blank.

I'm just glad Sloan is still evaluating whether there should be changes to the starting group and didn't make any rash decisions. It's still too early to tell. We are only halfway through the season. Plus, who knows how different AJ, Millsap, AK, or Bell would be mentally. We couldn't handle losing any of the focus and mental toughness they bring in the first quarter.

It's not just Sloan. The other coaches and the players agree that a lineup change isn't going to be what fixes this. It's a matter of talent and desire and effort, and the Jazz are lacking in all three.

Maybe the Jazz are taking the queue from the Bell treatment, no matter how much you suck *** you keep your minutes and gain others in some cases.
Great example for the rest of the team to follow.
