Like I posted a bit earlier Sloan's treatment of Bell is not a good example for the team, they see him getting minutes and even increased minutes taking away from other players even though he is not producing. I'm being a little sarcastic in that I don't think the players are actually playing like *** to emulate Bell's *** sucking in order to get more time but still it is not a good example.
I like Raja's post game interviews and I really want to like Raja but Sloan is really making me dislike him, while watching the game when I'm uber pissed it was getting to the point I was thinking of creative ways to mame, injure and torture him so Sloan couldn't play him anymore.
Truth is even limiting Bell's minutes (20min a night) might not fix the issue but at least it would develop young talent (Hayward) and make it appear that your trying something, as well as making me not wish harm to a Jazz player.
I realize in reality playing Hayward 5-6min to start the game and then bring in Bell wouldn't automatically get the Jazz off to a better start, create a faster tempo and improve the rebounding and thusly improving team morale which would lead to more confidence and get the team rolling. But it is my mind and I can fantasize anyway I want thank you.
