That was the year the Jazz were smart to tank the season for franchising changing prospects like him, Andrew Wiggins, Jabrai Parker, and Joel Embiid.
Well one out of four is something I guess.
It'll be interesting to see if you are able to get back into it. Personally I detest the modern style of NBA basketball, so that combined with the Jazz sucking has killed my interest in the sport the past couple of years.
But that could just be me getting old. I think some genuinely enjoy...
Wish him nothing but the best. Wasn't a fan of all of his play style, but seemed like a good dude who would give the occasional great play that was fun to watch.
For a player of Lauri's caliber? Yes, complete garbage. At the very least there needs to be a player with some sort of potential to be an all-star when one is trading a guy who already is an all-star.
I have no clue when draft picks became so overrated in the NBA.
If it was the completely garbage deal that was being offered, hopefully fondly and with no regrets whatsoever. Now something like an injury could make it less fondly, but it would be hard to look at it with any regrets with how terrible it was.
I'm sick to death of trading players for future picks. At the very least trade for a player that has potential to be great. Otherwise, please keep Lauri.
Steve Novak, Diantee Garrett, JL3...three names I've forgotten about completely.
Honestly, if you would have asked me randomly when Steve Novak played in the NBA, I would have guessed the 90s.
