I don't think splitting the MLE is going to get both. I'd offer the MLE to Favors. We need him back. Crowder is just "meh" as a player. He shoots a low percentage. I don't think the OP is suggesting trading for Favors. It's about using the MLE this summer.

So far gains in Jazz' offense do not outweigh what Utah gave up, IMO. Midget guards and no ability to rebound from the 4. Middling play-off team; 1st round exit, no decent assets to make trades (well, not counting Mitchell or Gobert). Jazz really need to be up around 115-120 pts per considering...
