What a difference a quarter makes. Funny though, I still get the feeling the Jazz aren't playing all that well. Glad Phoenix is the opponent and not a legit team like the Spurs or this could have gotten ugly real quick.

Alright, I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is, the Jazz are playing a very subpar game. The good news is, the Suns are such a subpar team that they are letting the Jazz get away with it and stay in the game.

I like the idea of trying to get Rudy Gay to come over. Even if he came off the bench we would surely play him starter minutes or very near starter minutes. Could be a very big impact player if he bought in.

My hope is that he has been doing full on practices with the team for a while and they have just been overly cautious as far as inserting him back in the lineup. If he does indeed come back by Sunday or the game after and doesn't appear to need "game-conditioning" than that will be a very good...

Ah but if you listened to any interview about expectations from players/coaches or Jazz staff, this year was still about development and not necessarily playoffs. Furthermore, a successful season in this game with an up and coming team is ultimately to make the playoffs which we are clearly on...
