Again if we're grading a player you do so off of what they show you now. Their potential is another discussion. So if say a player makes a team better it based on their current production levels.

Good he needs all the high level ball he can get. If he's healthy he's healthy and should be playing.

This is based off of expectation. Exum could be equally as inept offensively as he was as a rookie.

What I expect and how he preformed are two different things. If someone is making the point that player X is greater than Y it's not based on expectations or potential.

Exum provided almost no offense. His defense is solid, but not for all the credit he gets around here and certainly not enough to warrant being absent on the other end.
