horrible trade for the Jazz. Perhaps the worst ever seen on this board. Both JJ and Howard are FA after next year. Why would you trade the team away for a one year rental? Even if this resulted in a good 2013 (big if), it would cripple the jazz longterm.

Certainly the post is not meant to infer that Foster and Ford are stars, but rather that the addition of Granger would give the Jazz a big three -- D-will, Jefferson, Granger -- I think that three would be amazing.
