Still remember arguing with NAOS about how good GSW will be. I said I don't trust their depth and don't like their additions/subtractions at all.

Pretty happy I'm right about them sucking this year.

Its a little early to say they suck. They could still make a run and be in the top 5 of the West. They are hurting for depth though, and they live and die by the 3. I don't know if they made any in the first half and were down 10+. They started hitting them and came back and made it a game.

I had them finishing 7th in the West. I think most people thought they'd be around 3-4 seeds when the season began and they traded for Iggy.

Most people had them around 5 from what I remember behind Houston, OKC, LAC and SAS. Being 7th in the West wouldn't be Crappy. There is a long time left to know just where the will end up. But losses like tonight will possibly push them out of the playoffs. I hope you're right, and that they do end up being bad, but it's way too early to tell.

If the Tankers keep playing their starters this heavy of minutes they could suffer more injuries too.

Considering the injury histories of Curry, Lee, Iguadala and Bogut, that's almost certainly the case. And with no bench every injury counts for them.

I just hope they don't make the playoffs. At this point it could be the difference in the 14th and the 19th pick from 9th to 8th in the West. Any injuries to their starting 5 would be a huge help for that.

I think I like the spite part about it more than the pick. I'd love the pick to land top 3, too, but for spite more than for excitement of getting it. But the excitement of getting it, too, obviously.

Yep. I hate GS ever since the Jazz played them in the 2nd round of the playoffs a few years ago. Their players right now aren't that bad as individuals, but to tank like they did was atrocious. We joke about the Jazz tanking right now, but they have yet to put in a lineup of Biedrins, Evans, Jefferson, Clark and JL3 to close out a close game. GS was doing that kind of crap a few years ago. Any bad luck that comes to that organization is well deserved.

Edit: And those T-shirts they wear are atrocious.
