14th Tank Platoon

Magic have won 4 of their last 7, including wins over the Thunder and Pacers.

I think they could get hot and string some victories together.

Their next 5 games are :

@ Toronto
@ Washington
@ Philly
@ Miami
vs. Philly

I see them beating Philly both time and taking 1 of the other 3 games.

Congrats to Orlando and Detroit. Boston plays LAL later so congrats to whoever tanks less. My $ is on Boston.

On the other side, Dallas won. And fingers crossed for both Memphis and Phoenix. Still too much time to go in those games, but both are up by 10+.

Gasol is back for the Lakers. If Gasol plays 80% of the remaining games, we will finish with a worse record than the Lakers.

2-13 over the next 15... Jazz gonna save the tank

Jazz play

Boston
@Cle
@Mil
@Knicks
@Philly

in the same time period. I think Jazz win at least 3 of those, and they are bound to win 1-2 others as well. I hope you are right, but I have my doubts.

4 road games though, I'm sure at least 2 of those are back-to-backs also (most likely the Bucks and Sixers games)

The important ones are Boston, Cleveland and the Knicks. Philly and Milwaukee are really out of reach. Our goal now has to be to shake Boston and Sacramento, thereby ending 5th. I don't think we'll win in NY or Cleveland.

Yeah, the Milwaukie and Philly games are both the second of a back to back. Utah will probably still win those games. Those 2 teams are on a different level how bad they are.

Great come-from-ahead loss tonight. It was, dare I say, Golden State-esque.
A decent showing by the core4 (well 4 for tonight at least). Gobert played well in the 1st half, then struggled in the 2nd. Portland 17-17 from the line.
Corbin in on the tank as Burks was taking it to them, then Ty ices him on the bench and he only gets 24 mins. total. Marvin and Richard bringing the tank home!

Memphis won! Phoenix is up by 15 with 5mins!

Has anybody else noticed that the Hawks have lost 8 in a row?

But, but...Millsap is an all-star. They have Carroll. Korver is the greatest 3-PT shooter in the league. If the Jazz had only kept those three players we'd be competing for at least home court advantage, if not a championship.

Wow! Lakers-Boston game eerily similar to Portland/Utah. Boston blows a big lead on the road. For LA, Bazemore and Brooks with nice nights. Did they get the better of the Blake trade?

They needed healthy bodies who didn't play PG, so yeah, I think the trade made them better.

Farmar and Marshall are just as good as Blake, so it wasn't a huge loss.

Brooks has offensive ability, could flourish in D'Antoni's system.
