What's new

14th Tank Platoon

This sucks *** we need a bottom 3 slot going into the lottery.

It could happen but is fairly unlikely. Orlando does not look so untouchable now. They are now behind Philly and in the 3rd spot.

Dallas won last night and moved ahead of GST. So they are now the 8th seed and 2 1/2 games ahead of Memphis who is in the 9th spot. Go Grizzlies!!!!

It is if you hire me to finish coaching them the rest of the season. I promise to do every damn thing I can to get DL to trade Marvin, Jefferson and/or Rush. Trey Burke needs to rest his back. JLIII can handle the job until he feels better (next season.) I'm going to give Gobert, Kanter, Burks, Garrett and Clark more minutes to see what they can do. Oh, and I'll be happy to turn my job over to any highly qualified NBA coach next year (and applaud them for doing so.)

I guarantee that I will lose every game from here on out without being blatantly obvious in doing so. Oh. . . and the Millers don't even have to pay me. For the rest of this season, I'll do this **** for nothing more than season tickets after this year. That's a strait up tank move if they want to fire Ty.

What would be useful is if we could get Gobert, Kanter, and Favors out on the court at the same time for defensive purposes. Let the Gobert experiment as small forward begin!!!

:D It would be fantastic. And it is a must try experiment to me but Ty seems to think unlikewise. They would be so slow though that the opposition would run circles around them on the fast breaks.

ESPN has their latest Tank Rank up. It is insider but where do they have the Jazz and what is said about them?

We're 8th..

Is Marvin Williams trying to get traded? He's playing like it the past three games, scoring 20 points and not shooting below 53 percent from the field. For a playoff team looking for an offensive boost, Williams, who is in the last year of his contract, might not look too bad -- and his loss might help the Jazz move up a spot or two in the rankings.

Cavs seems like they're still motivated to make the playoffs?

The Cavs fired GM Chris Grant this week after devastating losses against the Knicks and Lakers, then the team turned right around and won their next two games against the Wizards and Grizzlies. Grant wasn't the one making the on-court mistakes, so you can consider this a psychological boost that comes with players seeing some accountability starting to take form. Meanwhile, interim GM David Griffin will be working hard at the trade deadline to add another veteran to the team. Dion Waiters will likely be the trade bait, but just about anyone else on the roster other than Kyrie Irving will be available for the right price. Owner Dan Gilbert wants the team in the playoffs now and with a very soft schedule for the rest of February, they might make the push even with no changes.

Phoenix is in the market for a PF and has been turned down by Memphis in their attempt to get Zach Randolph. Sounds like they want a physical presence but maybe Marvin could be a fall back plan.

I doubt it, a little too similar to the Morris twins.

boston vs milcraptrain bucks

PHI vs GSW LOL! this is a joke. 76ers are trash cans for kicking around so we already know the result for that one.

lets hope the pelicraps can beat the raptors somehow.

Hopefully Boston get up. Bucks are uncatchable, I remember that feel of being Unwinnable and dreaming about Jabari in a Utah uni.... Was Paradise.

Detroit beating up on SA. Important to look at those teams with around 20 wins as well since Jazz could easily pick up another two W's before the break. So that will be good news tonight. Like ljnapoli, I'm hoping for a Boston win over Milwaukee.
