Clearly throwing a fit and refusing to watch games or post in certain forums is the way to go. Way to lead that charge!

I've never claimed that the 5th or 6th record is better than the 1st. It's clearly not. I'm just not going to cry and moan about it like you are. But I'm glad you do t let that rain on your pity party.

If Dennis Lindsay is committed to tanking, we can still out tank everyone but the Bucks, Philly, and Orlando. They are the guys that I see as having an elite tank, and buying into the concept of tanking. Maybe Boston and the Lakers will jump in there, but in my opinion, there is still hope to out tank them.

Im worried about the tank too. Its cutting it awfully close. Im just trying not to be too negative about it because its not even close to being over. March is going to be a very rough stretch. I dont think we will win many games in march.

Like I said, getting the 5th or 6th slot wont be that bad. You still have a great chance at winning the lottery. I said the same thing when we had the Nets pick and we got Kanter. We had the 5th slot then too.

Go look up what positions have won the lottery over the years. Its never only the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd slots. Its always three random slots 1-9 for the most part.

But the percentages never lie.

The problem with your theory is that while yes, teams 4-9 often jump, we don't have picks 4-9, we have one specific pick. Can you guess in any given year which pick will jump into the top 3?

What are the odds of you being able to correctly guess the exact pick that will jump? Whatever the listed percentage odds for that pick are.

There is no other discussion or debate about it.
