Yeah it would basically guarantees us one of Jabari/Randle/Exum.
I'd like to see what Malone could do with Randle.
My best guess is that there's more Lakers fans, who are happier to see their team ahead of Utah and visit the page more often and generate more revenue!!

I'm sorry to say that. But after watching last night's game with him as guest commentator I pretty much know why Kanter and Favors haven't made a big step forward. Dude's living in the past.

Other than the loss, he was the highlight of the night.
Btw, I believe Malone can be a fine teacher. If Kanter and Favors cant pick up on what he is teaching then they are freaking retarded. I watched him explain the pick and roll perfectly before.
I thought Malone said he wanted to shoot some 3's and did in trainings but Sloan never allowed. I may be wrong though. I think Malone is just against the idea of a PF who only shoots from outside. Kanter isn't that.
The only 3s Sloan wanted were wide open ones against his old fashioned defensive schemes.
I don't even mean it if I say he's living in the past. But the way he acted, was weird. Maybe he wants to build a brand for himself as the stubborn oldtimer basketball expert, who co stars next to Jalen Rose on grantland. But I found it weird that he completely neglected modern ball movement oriented and spacing focused offense systems, which are successful, as no old school team has won a title in ages.
I would respect if he says that it matters only so much and that exceptional mid range shooting can be valuable too and create unique spacing. That he thinks the right culture of playing tough and hard is more important. I respect this opinion. But saying that the added dimension of a big man with a soft wrist is ******** was kinda surreal.
And what else can I take to evaluate him as a basketball teacher than the improvements that his proteges put on the floor and his words? Both don't make me remotely happy this season.
Haven't seen Dallas play for a while.. wow.. they're really bad.. like "You can't tell me they're not tanking" Bad..
