What's new

14th Tank Platoon

good news is that uif the lakers are 3rd pick and wiggins is gone they will take exum next.

leaving jazz with parker at 4.

How is it possible that LA get the 3rd pick and we get the fourth? The only way for this to happen is if both we and them fall behind Orlando or Orlando pass us and LA move up in the lottery, which has just as a big a chance of happening as JLIII making the all star game next year.

so what you are saying is....there is a chance? nice

yamers with an obvious April Fool's joke.

Tough one tonight: Portland at LA Lakers. Portland is barely ahead of GS. Guess I'll pull for the Lakers, though. More important for the Jazz to finish 4 or 5 (just competing with Boston) than to have the Lakers possibly tie both teams. In that scenario, Utah could lose coin flips, have a couple of teams jump ahead in the lottery and drop back to 8th. Sure, that's worst case, but Jazz had bad luck in the Deron draft (fortunately, KOC hoodwinked Portland) and has lost some coin flips.

If GS fails, they're going to need an epic collapse. Otherwise catching Portland really doesn't matter (24th pick instead of the 23rd).

yes but......

If we end up 4th, the most likely scenario statistically would be to fall back to 5th in the lotto, meaning we're probably looking at Randle or Exum.

True but a bit misleading since the cumulative odds of a 1-4 are 48% vs 35% for the 5th pick.

If GS loses tonight there will only be a game separating them from 2 teams and 2 games from another team. It will be a surprise but epic is an exaggeration. I have been saying all year that GS making the playoff isn't a gimme and down the stretch their main weaknesses are showing. A lack of depth and injuries. Bogut is out and Lee might be out tonight against the Mavs.

If GS wins tonight that they are pretty sure they would get in. I am hoping that the Lakers and Sactown separate themselves more from the Jazz so when GS play the Jazz I can root for them hard. Talk about Karma if GS doesn't make the playoffs because of this one loss to the Jazz. We get lottery luck and the pick is in the top 3 pick. Jazz lose the rest of their games and end up 3rd worse record. Ok I am starting to hallucinate.. it could happen?

Right now Dallas is losing 23-17 at the end of 1 quarter. Good note is that GS are shooting almost 60 percent and Dallas is shooting only 42 percent and the lead is only six.

GS going attacking the basket every single time and Dallas is unable to defend Jermaine O'Neal and Speights ($/*&%!!!). This is painful to watch. GS shooting 60% from the field

This game is unbelievable. LETS GO HEAVEN HARRIS
