How is that determined? and by whom? and do they still have to wait 28 days to protect themselves? Is there a time restriction on the permit?

How many times you have been to Sweden or Norway? I have been more than 10 times and seen doors with no locks and people who are friendly and armless. And read my post again, I said 90% of them have hunting guns. Obviously 10% or less sickos in any country may have some fetish for some assault guns. Not sure why any sane person would need it though.
