Wall (still improving, needs a good coach/system)
Cousins (great talent, needs a good coach/system even more--picture him in the Jazz's system and he's 25/12; still too risky to go #1--too out-of-shape and too volatile--see Derrick Coleman)
Favors (upside matters people; he's got prototypical size and athleticism, is a defensive anchor at age 20, rebounds well and can score. He's still finding himself. Needs coaching and minutes.)
George (has better natural tools than Hayward; potential go-to player, but too inconsistent right now)
Monroe (good, but not great; not seeing much room for growth, but okay as a 3rd option and facilitator, better rebounder than expected)
Turner (has a complete game, though lacks the athleticism to be a go-to player)
Hayward (developing an all-around game; potentially Bobby Jones with a jump shot)
Davis (rotation forward)
Bledsoe (if he can still play)
Fields (rotation wing)

Cousins is 25/12 in Jazz system? He could have Stockton passing him the ball, he still isn't 25/12.

For Cousins to score 25 points a game, he'd have to shoot it almost 35 times a game I think...LOL at that ever happening

He's averaging 17/11 now in Sacramento's botched system that wastes a lot of possessions. He's averaged 19 in his last 5 games. If he got the ball in the post with spacing, he could average 25. Yeah, he'd probably need 20 attempts instead of the 15 he's averaging now, but he's got that potential.
He also gets more shots than he would in a disciplined system.

I'm going to repeat this very slowly. He's 6'11 with immense potential and he's shooting 43% from the field. That is a problem I don't want, hell, that's not even a good percentage for a guard, let alone a post player.
Guess you would call it a neutered flex offense. Throw ball to Al, entry passer predictably cuts through to the weak side every time. Wait 14 seconds for Al to shoot or throw it out to the 3 point line (if doubled) where a non 3 point shooter awaits
Rinse and repeat.
Oh, gotcha. Now I see why everyone in the NBA would suddenly be better playing in the Jazz system.

You forgot one integral part of our offensive scheme. Big Al has the green light to attack the triple team whenever he feels it necessary.
True, but look where he's playing, look who's coaching him, and look at who he's playing with. I'm not really a Cousins fan, but he's a skilled, fluid 6'11" who can score inside and out. He needs discipline like nobody's business, he needs to focus on a few specific moves, and he needs a system built around him, but the talent to be a big-time scorer is there. That's why I put him at #2. Favors hasn't passed him up yet.
Our offense seems to be pretty similiar to Jerry's. We just lack discipline in screen setting and cutting, and we have a high focus on post-ups instead of pick n rolls because we our current personnel isn't good at pick n rolls.
That and three of our players on the floor are afraid to shoot.
