2011 draft.....

Finally Feldman admits his Walker rumor was bogus, he was pretty stubborn on that. A Kanter/Jimmer draft is looking likely. Will have to wait for a SF next year, so AK could be resigned I think.

Next year's a better year for the wing anyway.

Kanter/Fredette or Kanter/Kemba - either one is fine. It just depends on who Sacramento selects.

Man, is that guy a terrible writer. Someone needs to tell him to get to the point. I read ten paragraphs and now know more about his mother-in-laws facial deformities than I ever wish I did.

Unless you are a BYU Homer, he is awful. He wrote a piece earlier this year basically saying BYU's football team was going to be the best team in the nation...but then again, they always are every spring, aren't they? ;)

Makes sense since he writes exclusively about BYU sports.

I wasn't even talking about his objectivity because I couldn't read to where he started making his point (assuming that he eventually did), but if he lacks objectivity it's not a legitimate excuse that this is his beat so you can't expect him to be objective. That just means he's an even worse writer than I thought he was, and I thought he was terrible. What sort of a newspaper are they running?

Communist I think

nbadraft.net (I know) just updated and has us with Knight and Leonard.

Amazingly, skipping on Fredette at #12.

Saw that too. Tristian Thompson at 6?! And Kemba, Kawhi and Biyombo all falling to 12 and beyond. In that case, I would buy an extra pick and pick up Biyombo at 20 if he fell that far

Did you guys see the Motiejunas workout? Initially people were quite put off by the fact that this so-called great shooter, couldn't shoot. It then came out that he did a "heavy" lifting session just before the workout which caused him to shoot poorly. Not sure I buy it, but nevertheless, the guy looks to be in great shape. I almost didn't recognize him from the start. It honestly looks like he's put on 20-30 lbs of muscle from his youtube highlight days. Anyways, if he can still shoot - which I'm sure he can, I would be a lot more comfortable with him at 12 than I was a week ago.

Montiejunas is simply too skilled to pass up on at 12 in my opinion. The risk is that he's lazy or lacks motor, but at 12 his possible upside is too much to ignore.

Uh...they have Fredette going to Sacramento at #7.

I know it's hard to miss since Jimmer didn't go to Kentucky, I know.

I wouldn't mind this at all. We get our starting pg, and a defensive SF. We have our starting five after this year:

Knight
Hayward
Leonard
Jefferson
Favors

We have defense at the 1, 2, 3, and 5 position. We have an offensive force at the 4. We have three point threats in Knight and Hayward and possibly Leonard. That would be a strong team in a couple of years and a strong team next year. Throw in Harris, Millsap, and possibly Memo/Bell (hoping one becomes a serviceable backup) and we are pretty solid. All we would need is a Korver type to come off the bench and spread the defense. It is too bad we haven't been able to have someone like that....

After reading through the posts in this board, I feel really bad for KOC.

Whoever he picks 3rd, 1/3 of the posters here are going to be furious and swear never to watch the Jazz again.

I am on the Kanter bandwagon as relistically I think it'll come down to him and his college teammate, but I would be fine with any of the top 4 consensus picks (Irving, Williams, Kanter, Knight)

Yeah, the DX guy Givony actually thinks he put on to much weight. The picture I saw of him is quite a difference from the ones a couple of years ago.
