He's been so hurt that basically anybody else throwing a pass for MSU has done so in garbage time.

I think it will be very impressive on his NFL resume that injuries cannot sideline him.

I joked a few pages earlier that I can't wait for MSU to lose but in all honesty, I don't care. At least MSU making this run gives us a bit of a break from the same 3 or 4 teams always being in the mix. That being said, if Bama beats them this Saturday, we're right back to where we usually are.

Yes, for MSU reaching #1 for the first time ever this year and basically being more relevant than they ever have been, Cy sure has been an arrogant ******* about it but he probably should live it up while he can.

Cy doesn't occupy enough of my interest for me to actively to root against him. Plus, MSU didn't suddenly become Oregon or Bama. They're a nice story but they are no more of a fixture in the top 5 than a Utah would be if they were in the middle of a similar run. Soon enough, the world will be back on it's axis, Dan Mullen will leave for a better job, and MSU will once again be a middling SEC team. Let him have his fun.
