What's new

2014 College Football

Only losing to Bama by 5 despite having 3 TO's and forcing 0 is super impressive, especially on the road. More conservative playcalling early on and we would have won.

I don't really believe in point differentials being that important, but the committee probably does. Only losing by 5 to a top 5 team on the road isn't going to drop us that much. A win in Ole Miss will put us in the playoffs, for sure.

The committee has said that one week isn't based on the previous rankings. It is a total resume thing so it isn't like "dropping" in the AP. MS still has good wins so they will stay in the top 4.

Oregon & Alabama will be 1 & 2

Mississippi St and Florida St will be 3 & 4

Arizona St will be 5 (if they win)

Nice win Utah. I'm guessing if they beat Zona and Colorado, they could quite possibly score a Holiday Bowl invite which isn't too shabby all things considered.

Miami beating FSU's *** has got to be great news for MSU and Cy. I actually hope the Canes hold on.

IF the Utes win both those games we could possibly get into the Alamo bowl. IF

Oregon-Playoff
Az St-New years

USC loses to UCLA

UCLA loses to Stanford

Still possible

Why should MSU drop out of the top 4? Hardest division, one loss at Bama and a close game. I would have:
1. Oregon
2.Bama
3. TCU
4. MSU
Don't give a **** about FSU, they've looked like crap all year, the only impressive win they've had (notre dame) lost to Northwestern today.

TCU wasn't super impressive today either barely pulled it out against Kansas. If AZ St wins I think they jump TCU.

My top 4:

1. Oregon
2. Alabama
3. FSU(like it or not they are still undefeated and were national champions last season)
4. MSST

Go Utes!! Was a snoozer until OT, but I'll take a win on the road against Stanford!!

Was cool being at Stanford, but their crowd is beyond weak!! Wine and cheese crowd for sure!!

My hell...

That Utah offense is painful to watch. Them making a first down is something to celebrate as a TD.

That defense on the other hand? Is a thing of beauty.
