2014 NBA Playoffs: 2nd Round

CP3 has still never been to a conference finals. He still got dominated by Dwill every time Utah matched up with New Orleans.

Difference is injuries, Dwill got traded to a team that the roster didn't fit his talents, and CP3 got traded to a team with a top 3 PF.

Cp3 rookie of the year.
Cp3 on the olympic team before d will.
Cp3 an all star before d will.
Cp3 higher on 90% of nba experts top point guard lists all along.

Cp3 was better from day one and still is.

D will won head to head matchups and had more success in the playoffs...... both team achievements. Boozer, memo, ak, sloan > new orleans supporting cast.

You must not remember the games @ NO. Cp3 owned Dwill at home.

As for injuries..... iirc cp3 has a bad knee injury and currently has no ligament in his knee

I don't think I like a single player in the NBA.

Lol

You should look at the recent decade and count the teams that made it to the conference finals in the West that were poorly coached.(I said West because there's Mike Brown's LeBronland Cavaliers x2). New Orleans had some pretty good players. They had a mostly healthy Tyson CHandler, who was the 2nd most important piece on the Mavs championship team (tied with Trix and Jet). David West was the 2nd best player on last year's Eastern finals team that demanded everything out of South Beach.
But they also lacked other complimentary players and their head coach was Byron Scott. In his first two years in LA it was Vinny del Negro(prolly only hired by Don Sterling for his last name...).

You'll notice it's pretty hard to advance in the playoffs when your head coach doesn't teach defense and generally has little clue about what he's doing. Ask the Rockets and McHale.

I fear that Scott Brooks may also be not good enough to coach the Thunder to win it all. But that might be also a case of: There's really no production there outside of Durant/Westbrook/Ibaka/Jackson. But I always felt he'd have done more getting the most out of his guys. And if it's running Durant Ibaka PnR/PnP for 48 min straight then so be it.

Those kevin hart commercials making fun of kenny, chuck, shaq, and ernie are pretty funny
