2015-2016 NBA Thread

Devin Booker with a career high 32pts, 6-11 from 3's.

Still don't think he's there yet defensively, but looks like he'll be a good contributor offensively.
He also scored 24 against the Spurs. I didn't watch much of the game, but when I did watch he was being guarded by Leonard.

The Smith trade and Blatt firing are surprising. Smith wasn't working out for the Clippers though--that was obvious.

Many factors...

- Knight was out

- Suns had 8 players available, somebody has to score

- Spurs played reserves all of 4th quarter

Hmm, never felt Blatt had much of a chance in Cleveland, Lebron quit running his offense just a couple of weeks into last season, I'm sure as soon as 'Bron felt they weren't contending anymore he was gone. I'd like to see Blatt get another chance somewhere though, was a great coach over in Europe. Screw the expense Utah, Thibs for defense, Blatt for offense, Quin in charge.

Kemba walker put up 40 pts, 9 assists, and 7 rebounds in another OT win tonight

Lol. How does Blatt last 1 1/2 compared to Ty's 4 years? Has a coach who was leading his team to the best record in his conference ever been fired mid season like this. Wow!!! LBJ IS A BITCH!!!

Mike Brown was 61-21 when he got fired. So, to your point, LBJ is a bitch.

LeBron doesn't have a history of being hard on coaches.

I don't think anybody thought Blatt would last long, but that was mainly due to the circumstance under which he was hired, and how quickly those circumstances changed (LeBron's return). If there's a smoking gun here, LeBron isn't holding it alone: there's also that mess of an organization.

Cy will kill me for saying it, but I have long believed the legend of Lebron was better than Lebron. He blames everyone around him when he fails, has never won on his own, and moved to Miami to take steroids. It's what happens when 16 year old kids get fed steroids and under the table cash while calling themselves the " king".

I won't deny he is a good player, but no one should ever be so confused as to include him in the conversation as the best ever. Where Larry, Magic, Jordan and Shaquille took the league to new heights, lebrons actions only hurt the league.

Larry, jordan, magic and shaq never did it alone though.
They (especially magic, bird, and jordan) had VERY VERY good supporting casts with lots of hall of famers

The post-Blatt era for the Cavs is off to a rocky start.

Blowout loss at home in which the crowd booed the team.
