2015 Annual JazzFanz Current Players Draft

Spurs love to play with the pass and share the ball and are not run n gun team and probably don't have tons of possessions per game compared to other teams.
Add I the fact that pop doesn't give his guys tons of minutes.

the better question would be when players get older, and their playoffs production starts falling off, how many good years do they have left in them/will they ever rebound? No one is saying that Parker isn't a playoff performer.

Yep.
Like I said..... He might be going downhill.
I think it would be kind of dumb to count him out though considering he is not THAT old, and he put up very good numbers in the regular season last year.
I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt that he just had a bad playoffs one year. I think he has earned that much
 
Hack had his fit about Manu maybe being the most underrated player ever or something.

For me, that's Parker.
 
When it comes down to it, we will all vote in our own ways.
When I vote I'm going to be thinking of Parker as one of the top point guards In the league.
For me a bad week or two in May doesn't cancel out his great play in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, and April and his previous seasons.

Could he be going downhill? Sure. But I'm not going to be very definitive about it based off a week or two

Honestly he did u a favor. Nikola is the better player in my opinion. Consider yourself lucky.

I still see Parker as a top 5-7 pg. still very good savvy. Knows how to get the job done like any future hof player, still plays at a high level.

I think Parker is right up there as being really underrated too. At his peak he was dominating the crap everybody. Damn near impossible to stop, and there were other guys getting a lot more recognition and allstar bids over him. It was kind of a joke really. He's not as good as he was, but still very good.

I never got why Parker and Ginobili didn't get more love, and why they weren't seen as big stars on a team that was beating everybody. At what point does winning matter. And Tim Duncan wasn't doing it by himself.

Tim, Ginobli, and Parker were a true big 3. It wasn't just a hall of fame and 2 other good players.

But having said that, I'd take Ginobili over Parker. They both were extremely good players at their peak though.
 
There Ya go WC. It's too bad you couldn't have kept Pau, but I like Chandler a lot more than Noah. Monroe is a solid, dependable big.

I agree, but I had four 10th round picks. So, this deal allowed me to move up 50+ spots for three of those for swapping Gasol with Chandler.

No, he said he is building a team he likes that has great chemistry.

Rose, Butler, and Pau are teammates plus Pau and Marc are brothers. I can see where he is coming from, Pau was picked in the 3rd round, btw.

In that case, I actually like this move for him. That does seem like a lineup with good chemistry. Interesting that both Gasol brothers end up on the same team in the All-Time and Current players draft.
