Question is this based on projections for next season, what they did last season or a current players' best season? For example if you a current unnamed Laker, are you getting MVP/5 Championships guy or 38 and injured guy?
Neither can you, the guy you wanted clearly wasn't there when Russ and Leonard were off the board and you said you had to think about it.

Dude averaged darn near 30/10/10 sans Durant and plays good defense. He has his definite warts, but astounding value at #9 and he can change a game by himself.
Westbrook can't carry a team though, if you go back and look at all of his triple double games he lost most of them, his stats don't translate to wins. Fun to watch though
