There is still a pg available that I really like that I think is better than rose or lowry

Ya I miss him.

Quickest guy ever is a bit of hyperbole I think..... Definitely one of the quickest, though I think he was more fast (straight ahead speed) than quick (side to side).

Very explosive. More so than Westbrook.

It really sucks that we all got robbed by his injuries

I'm gonna disagree. I think his side to side stands out even more than straight ahead. I don't think saying he's the quickest is hyperbole either.

Who was quicker side to side and straight ahead than him? The only people I think that would record a faster number if recorded would be small guys like Mugsy. But for his size he looked really fast.

I would take last years Westbrook over the MVP Rose. Westy is the most explosive and athletic pg I've ever seen ever. Better passer quicker shooter. Not even close.
 
Rose averaged 17.7 points and 4.9 assists last season in 51 games. Cracking 50 games and putting up those numbers was as good of a comeback as anyone could have realistically hoped for him. And the important thing is that he'll be even better next year. Some of you are acting like he missed the whole season and just had another knee surgery. I've been pleasantly surprised by his progress. A year ago, I had very little hope for him.

Getting Rose nearly 40 picks in is a great bargain. He's had a year to adjust and get back into NBA shape. I fully expect him to average 20 points next season. And did none of you watch the playoffs? You do realize he put up multiple 30 point games while being guarded by LeBron James, right? He was still clearly the leader of that Bulls team in the playoffs that was one possession away from being up 3-1 against the Cavs.
