Yeah, but that doesn't mean the team is remotely close to the title Heat teams. They're contending for the finals because the East sucks.

They are close. Its just their first year together. Probably going to go to the finals and lose just like his first year on Heat.
 
Really pulling for a Grizzlies win tonight. The Grizz have a legit chance to beat any team left in the field in a 7 game series. That includes the east.

That's what I predicted before the playoffs started.... When they were healthy. And it could still happen because of how bad the east is. But the comparison to the Heat teams is only valid when they're actually healthy. When they're not, they're just as bad as the team that LeBron originally left.

So they are really similar sans a freak injury.

Only difference is Wade is a future HOF, but you could argue Kyrie will be one day.

I'd say they're fairly similar before the injuries. Irving isn't as good as Wade was though, and they aren't on the same level defensively. But the injuries DID happen, so this Cavs team is closer to the teams that Lebron left than it is to his Heat dynasty.
 
The Hawks are gonna find their groove again. It'll happen tonight. And they'll ride it all the way to the championship.

lol Atlanta are the least potent 60 win team ever. They're just getting found out that they're not really that talented

Again, the MVP of 2 of the last 3 Finals is still in it.

Just because the Spurs lost in the 1st round doesn't mean it's all of the sudden a super strange playoffs.
