2015 NBA Playoffs

My Warriors/Cavs prediction still looking good.
This was my prediction as well.... And is the obvious choice.

The warriors were one of the best teams of all time this season. Easy pick

The cavs have the best player in the league and play in the leastern conference. Easy pick

Rocket's perimeter D is so bad in teh 4th quarter. Letting dudes blow by them so easily and Howard is too focused on Griffin to help in time.

Why is Harden on the bench though?
Didn't the rockets hold the clippers to a record worst shooting of all time in that quarter? (4-22 or some ****)

It got a lot better after I posted. Terry let a few guys blow right by him though early in the 4th. Honestly, the refs started letting a ton of hand checking go after that. Like a lot.

I see.
I missed the game. From the box score it looks like you nailed it with the corey brewer, Josh Smith, and mchale leaving harden on the bench comments.

Must have been a CRAZY game.
(I was at the movies...... I saw the new mad max movie. Two thumbs WAY up. Great movie)

Brewer, Terry, and Josh Smith all got hot at the same time. Terry and Brewer had so much energy and left the Clippers in the dust. Imagine Terry at 37 running around like a chicken with its head cut off. And Josh Smith suddenly hitting 3's. It was a crazy turnabout.

John Wall says Dennis Schröder told Kent Bazemore to smack his hand/wrist

So john wall is all in a huff about Dennis Schroeder, I guess they had a little tiff during the season too. But I can't believe he is worked up over Schroeder reminding another player to hit wall in his injured left hand. Newsflash for you wall, if you announce to the world you have an injury the other team is going to take advantage of it.

Just to be clear....the Hawks are probably going to hit you in the left hand again tonight.

Taking advantage is one thing, intentionally hitting it is another. Taking advantage is like if you know someone has a bad ankle, you drive on them. Or if they have a bad wrist, you make them hit jumpers.

I feel bad for Memphis because they remind me a lot of the old Jazz. Very good always under appreciated but not good enough to get over the hump. They've been needing to upgrade that wing position for years. They've tried Prince and Green but so far it hasn't worked out.

If the Jazz could have upgraded slightly over Spencer, Tag , or Police Impersonator, we would have won so much more. The problem is they were inconsistent defense players and completely worthless offensively.

It's too bad they had to live in different eras. Gobert and Malone would have made one hell of a frontline. I could see Gobert knocking Puppen or MJ on their *** and flexing.

Iawtp.

The warriors didn't even guard Tony Allen in that series.
Defense is wonderful but a wing player needs to be a little bit respectable as a scorer too

Lee was a great upgrade, the problem is that Conley was pretty limited in what he could do. You could tell he wasn't able to do everything he normally could.

Right. Tony Allen is a hell of a defender and energy guy. I'd love for him to come off the bench and wreck havoc on teams. But he isn't a starting 2 guard in this league.

That 2-3 position has been their weak spot for years. By the time they fix it gasol and zbo will be past their primes (if they aren't already).

...I got news for ya! The Bulls teams that the Jazz lost to would have cleaned the clocks of this Grizzles team without breaking a sweat! Heck, even our Jazz team with Ostertag at center should have won that 2nd finals against the Jordan Bull's if we hadn't gotten hosed by that bald headed ref who Jordan had in his pocket! Gave the Bull's a 3 point field goal well after the shot clock expired.....and took one away from us that was good before the shot clock expired! Anyway, it's water over the dam now, so I'll stop my rant!

Can someone explain to me how Korver, could have an absolutely turrible game Friday night, shooting 1-8 and having 3 turnovers and only 2 assists, and still have a +16 player rating for the game? Must have been the fact that the Wizards spent all there time and energy denying him the ball that the other players did real well when Korver was on the court, thus producing that +16 player rating? Inquiring minds want to know!

Maybe because +/- is worthless?

In celebration of the Rockets hosting a Game 7 tomorrow, thought I'd share with you all what happened the last time Houston had a Game 7 at home:
