2015 NBA Playoffs

dear mark jackson - please don't harm yourself. it's just a game. steve kerr just happened to be alot better than you. that's all

...don't pay much attention to anything Mark Jackson says! He always despised John Stockton and though he was "overrated!" Can you believe that? Stockton, overrated???

We used the pick on Hood instead.

I'm very fine with that

No, the pick used for Hood was acquired in the trade that also brought RJ and Biendrens.

The pick that we could have used on Barnes (I would have picked Drummond) was the #21 pick we combined with #14 in 2013 to move up for Trey.

Ahhhh you're totally right!!!

I see the Warriors winning this in 5 or 6 games. The question I have is who Irving and Deladova are going to guard and whether the Cavs can keep up with the offensive barrages that GS throws. The Warriors also have a better bench.

I could see that happening. Top to bottom, GS looks much more complete. If Cleveland was totally healthy, then things would be different.

Having said all that, I think LeBron will make this an exciting Finals series. Irving being relative healthy would help the Cavs a lot, but I don't think we should underestimate what LeBron is capable of. He alone has more Finals experience than most whole teams do. GS has...none.

Warriors in 6, Lebron alone wins Cavs two games- but Warriors bench depth and their Firepower will be too much for the Cavs

Cleveland going to destroy the Warriors.

Lebron going to go HAM.

Irving going to get enough rest to force Curry to actually guard and Dellavadova will probably piss him off with how physical he plays.

Curry has had a cake-walk in terms of the PG's he faced.

NOLA had a hobbled Holiday and some scrubs.

Memphis had a hobbled Conley and a broken face and some OK backups.

Houston had two super old PG's.

I pick warriors in 7.
I put some money on it too. (Only 20 dollars)

You make all these reasons why the warriors playoff wins don't mean much.

The cavs are in the eastern conference bro.

...the Warriors will win in 5 or 7 games, but not 6! That would mean they would have to beat the Cav's on there home court, when Lebron would be trying his darnist to force a 7th game in SF! I would have said 5 games or even a sweep, a month ago! But the way the Cav's have come together and the head injuries to Curry and Thompson, I'm starting to have my doubts! Can the Warriors keep the Cav's off the boards and not get into foul trouble? Those are two big question marks! If the Warriors can keep hitting there outside shots like they've been doing, play decent defense and not slam their heads on the gym floor while trying to block unblockable shots, I'll still take the Warriors to win this series. But it might be closer than we all think!

I hate the Warriors almost as much as I hate the Lakers. But I also hate LeBron for going back to Cleveland as I grew up 90 miles from Cleveland and my Facebook is full of bandwagoners who suddenly love the Cavs again and so I hope Golden State wins. Also, listening to all the fools on TV cry about LeBron losing yet still attempting to call him better than Jordan will be enjoyable.

Lebron faced who?

Celtics? The finished with a record of 40-42. Their SFs are Jae Crowder, Luigi Datome and Gerald Wallace ...
Bulls? Rose was not 100%
Hawks? Carroll and Korver got injured and missed time.

Silly excuses like this can be made in both cases.

I think this goes to 6-7 games. I am pulling for the Warriors but it'll be close I think.

Lebron faced Butler, which is a harder one-on-one matchup than anyone Curry has faced.

There is no excuse, just saying this wil be Curry's hardest individual matchup and the first time he will be challenged by an opposing PG.

Kyrie and delly can't guard curry imo

The point was Curry has to guard Irving, or be switched onto a bigger player.

And Dellavadova is tough. Could easily get into Curry's head with his borderline dirty play.
I got ya.
Yes curry well have to play some defense in this series.

To me the key in this series is whether good j.r. or bad j.r. shows up. Against Atlanta good jr Smith showed up nearly every game.
Also, Tristan Thompson continuing his solid play will be huge.

Smith scares me for both teams..... He can be a knucklehead chucker and kill ya (though lebron reigned him in alot..... Just another great skill of LeBron. Leadership) or he can win you games.

Hawks also missed Thabo...
Bulls not having a single healthy big was probably the biggest problem for them. Not saying it would have went different. But it was a factor.

....that little Aussie couldn't stay with Curry if he had a 10 pound weight tied to his leg! Curry will average 35 plus points if that's who's covering him!

....J.R. Puke is just what the doctor ordered for the Warriors! The last thing you need to do against them is launch a bunch of off balanced wild 3 point shots that result in long rebounds and instant fast break opportunities which they will turn into a dunk-a-thon more entertaining than an old ABA all-star game! You are right about Thompson, though! He keeps pounding the boards along with Lebron and that could keep these games pretty close!
