2016-17 Hype Train Playoff Chase!!!

Good to see a three game cushion since LAC has a pretty favorable close to their schedule. They have to fly to Denver tonight and play at 7pm tomorrow so no rest for them. With any luck, we can move another game up.

Gonna be tough getting our own victory in Cleveland, but I'd certainly be happy if we were still 3 games up on them at this time tomorrow

Clippers arent sending Griffin or Jordan to Denver, going to rest both of them.

Last night was solid my friends.

Jazz won against the 7th seed in the east and made them look like a JV team in doing so. Game was never in doubt.

Mavs, Grizzlies, Rockets, Blazers and Kings won. Suns, Spurs, Lakers, T-wolves and Pelicans lost.

Also the Clips lost!!!! Jazz now have a 3 game lead on them. Jazz just need to keep winning that brings me to tonight and some good news.

Tonight's games;

Jazz @ Cavs - time to sweep LeBron and let him know that he is in trouble no matter who makes it out of the west
Clips @ Nuggets - Bill Oram tweeted last night that the Clips left Griffin AND Jordan behind in LA. (confirmed)
Thunder @ Raptors
Grizzlies @ Hawks
Magic @ Warriors

Tonight could be another fantastic night for the Jazz. Jazz win and the Clippers, Warriors, Grizzlies and Thunder all lose. Don't look now but the nuggets are closing in on .500 (32-35 right now, 7-3 over the last 10)

The Clips actually need to pick it up. I'd rather face them in the first round -- with or without home court advantage -- than I would the Thunder. Clips only one game up on the Thunder in the loss column right now.

Which is why I was surprised that they left their starting frontcourt behind when they flew to Denver. Doesn't seem like they get the urgency.

They are simply tanking so that they don't face us in the first round.

the dogfight for 8th seed between Portland and Denver is very fun, particularly seeing as the Spurs might be 1st seed.

I prefer to face the Thunder over the clippers.

Westbrook owns us. I'd love to bury Kanter but we seem to have a problem with OKC, and the Clips seem to be on a bit of a downswing.

I'd take the Clippers today if I had to choose.
