2016-17 NBA PLAYOFFS THREAD

The Warriors winning this game by intentionally injuring Kawhi kind of fits the whole theme of why KD went to that team in the first place - to win without really having to compete.

Idk if I'd rather see the Warriors lose this series or lose again to LBJ, either way I can't believe this team has replaced my hatred that I had for the Kobe Lakers.

What happened to Kawhi?

Twisted his injured ankle on a teammate when he shot a three, backing up into the Spurs bench, stepped on Lees foot.
Then roughly two plays later Zaza stuck his foot under him when was landing from a shot, twisting it again.
He then left for the locker room. Not coming back today.

I missed most of the third driving home from work.

Aldridge is not that good to go to him every possession, Spurs should start to move the ball.

Without Kawhi, Spurs don't have enough scorers to keep up with all of GSW's weapons. Even with Curry seemingly hurt, and Thompson having a bad game offensively.

Aldridge playing like donkey *** since the 3Q and the Spurs don't have enough weapons to score. GSW getting in transition easily now

Just like against the Jazz, when Curry/Thompson aren't having a good game, Durant does.
