White Chocolate trades:

Kevin Garnett
32
56
66

Hekate trades:

Scottie Pippen
31
55
65

Hekate please confirm.

Confirmed. Nice doing business.

And sorry to Thee jazz fan I thought I sent you an answer.

If only there was a 6' 5" point guard available who could average 30.8 ppg, 12.5 rpg, and 11.4 apg over an entire season.

... The Big O, Oscar Robertson.

IMO He's overrated a ton due to a much faster pace and him playing plenty of minutes. Is it bad that I think *** would be better than the big O back in the day?

Thanks for the input.

An impossible argument either way. What if player X from 1960s had sports science, nutrition, year-round player development, advanced conditioning/P3, etc? What if player Y from 2016 had none of those things? What is important is to normalize to how well they did compared to the norm of their peers at the time. Look at the gap between Big O and the 15th best PG in 1962. Then look at the gap between Steph Curry and whoever you think is the 15th best PG today. You'll see a huge difference, Oscar is off the charts.

If a season-long 30/12/11 was just a "really great" thing and not an "extraordinary" thing, then there would be a list of players from the era with this accomplishment, or at least some that are close.

But this whole discussion quickly gets into a "how many angels can balance on the head of a pin" debate, which probably goes nowhere.
