I think Durant signs a short term deal with an opt out after year one out east. Atlanta, maybe?

JR Smith is going to get TORCHED by Klay. Kyrie is going to get TORCHED by Steph. Lebron can be guarded by Draymond. Barnes can cover Frye and/or Love.

They got lots of length, and multiple covers. Iggy can guard Lebron if they wanna move Draymond to Love.


Again, GSW is tailormade to stifle the Cavs in every sense. I say Dubs in 6.

Every time the Warriors have trailed in a series it's been because they get pounded down low. The Cavs have to dominate the boards to win this series. They can do it with LeBron, Love, and Thompson--that's a potentially elite rebounding unit.

GS just seems like the more resilient team overall, though. I think they're the better defensive team, too.

I'm gonna hold off on my official prediction for now, but I do like Cleveland's combination of 3 point shooting and rebounding. I think this is the first team GS has faced that could destroy them on the glass AND out shoot them from 3.

right but if you ever get those two in a pick-and-roll you WILL be getting a bucket, guaranteed.

It's become so clear how important it is to have competent defenders at every position. That's why it's stupid to explode our core when we've managed to do so, with high-character young athletes.
 
I am excited to see the effects this series has on the NBA off-season.

Will LeBron demand Love and Irving be traded? Or will he simply opt out and go join Chris Paul and Wade in LA?

Will Durrant recognize the weakness of the east and go there in search of Finals Glory?

Will the weakness of the Cavs embolden Boston to make major roster moves?
 
This playoffs have sucked. Clippers getting injured is where things started going haywire. I liked the OKC V Spurs series, and the OKC V Warriors series, but this **** would've been way more interesting had fully healthy Clippers played Dubs in the second round.

The only good thing that came from this season is the inevitable hilarious off seasons for some teams.

And I really hope they do the top 16 teams, no conferences. Cavaliers would then be in their rightful 5th seed place. Would make the playoffs a lot better.
 
Cleveland will take 3 and 4, GS will look ****ty and the narrative will change....game 5 is where this series gets interesting.

Doubtful. Game 3 will be close but could go either way. Game 4 is a blowout in GS's favor then they close it out in 5 @ home.

The second something has looked automatic this post season (GS sweep)the opposite happened. If the Cavs lose game 3 it'll definitely be a sweep though.

Although it's possible Cleveland could win game 3 at home,(and it looks like Love won't be 100%) it's not probable! It only takes 3 minutes of bad shooting by the Cav's and 3 minutes of good shooting by Curry and Thompson to see a game go from tied to 15 point lead GS, true or false? Which is more likely to happen? GS having a solid 3 minutes of excellent shooting or the Cav's having 3 minutes of shooting futility? Bookies have GS a favorite by 1 point. Take GS and give the 1 point I say!
