Also the Pelicans need to start Lance Stephenson he is their 2nd best player right now with Holiday and Evans out.
 
Good lord russell westbrook. 51 points (granted on poor shooting from the field but still), 13 rebounds, 10 assists, (5 turnovers) in 45 minutes.

I think he is going to get worn down. Too many minutes, to much expended energy, not enough help scoring, too much contact from his aggressive attacking style. Will be fun to watch while it lasts but i dont think he can keep up this pace. Hopefully he lasts long enough to get them the 8th seed and hand the jazz a first round draft pick.


P.S. Kanter only played 12 minutes and was 1-4 from the field, with 2 rebounds, 2 turnovers and 3 fouls and a negative 8 in the +/-
 
Imagine the NBA had a salary system that allowed teams to only have 1-2 stars. Would be so much fun to zap through games. We'd have these crazy individual performances everywhere all the time
 
No way teh Thunder make teh playoffs if Westbrook has to go this hard just to beat the Suns and Sixers, who might be the two worst teams in teh NBA.
 
Westbrooks 51 pts is hilarious, he scored 15 of those pts off FTs and the other 36 pts comes from 44 shots.....that is the most underwhelming 50 pt game I've ever seen.
 
The Nuggets blew a 9 point lead in the final 90 seconds against Portland, and then blew a late 4 point lead in OT to lose.

God damn.
 
I hate that Portland is likely going to be one of our closest rivals this year. It's too hard to root against Lillard.
 
Hawks sign Ryan Kelly and waive 24 y.o Edy Tavares. The Jazz should pick him up!!!! Sounds like he's going to Barcelona though.
