2017 Annual JazzFanz All-Time NBA Draft

That's my vote as well. I value freedom of choice greatly. It's also complicate enough as it is when picking for some people - what if they picked too many players in the 00s and nobody noticed, for example? Are we gonna have to go back and re-pick all the picks that were made after that mistake?

Most of my players are 70's, 80's and 90's era guys. I like my team. May not get votes and win, but I've enjoyed the process of putting my team together. I've learned more about NBA history by participating in this draft for the past 4 years than by any other means. I like the draft, despite all the bitching and moaning and fighting. I have fun. . . even when my strategy goes all to ****.

Steph Curry
Manu Ginobili/Brandon Roy
Tracy McGrady/Dale Ellis
Karl Malone/Anthony Mason
Marc Gasol/Ben Wallace

I don't see this as a problem

Well what's the penalty for not adhering to the quota then? Let's say it takes someone 6 hours to make a pick, he overlooks the quota, made a mistake and picked 1 too many players in the 00s era - we may be waiting another 6 hours before that guy to show up and noticed he makes a mistake and re-pick.

It could run really smoothly if everyone's onto it, but it could also turn into a ****show.

It would be caught by me instantly just like Cy has been caught everytime he's drafted an already drafted player. Lol

U might have one of the weaker benches

lol?

Roy's best season was 23-5-5
Dale Ellis is one of the best 3pt shooters of all time.
Anthony Mason is an absolute workhorse do it all player. Old school grit and toughness.
Ben Wallace is one of the best defensive players of all time.

My bench is amazing.

My bench is amazing on defense.

Fixed it for u

All I have to do is take out Roy and not let Ellis open for three. Not too worried about Mason or Wallace on defense

Dale Ellis averaged 28 ppg on 48% 3pt shooting and he isnt a great offensive player. Got it.

TheeJazzFan is dumb as hell.

Nice pick. Underrated.

See this is why this draft contest is asinine. Next we will get that Drexler wasn't athletic enough to hang in today's NBA and Barkley was really 6'2" and fat and couldn't hang in today's NBA and blah blah blah. Recency bias at its best. The team with the biggest name and the most recent players will likely win as long as kkk doesn't bring out his alt posse.

Makes people not draft legends because they are worried they won't get votes.

Again, LeBron IS A LEGEND.

Pick the best players.

Guys like George Mikan were great back in the day. But you look further and see that he shot 40% against a bunch of scrubs. He's certainly a legend, but if you take him, you don't need to vote for him. You're conflicted because current players are better than the legends of old. Get over it.

I agree with this. . . there's no denying the greatness of Lebron and Curry and DWade and Dirk. How everyone evaluates it is subjective and fun to predict.
