2017 Draft Prospect Homer Thread (Since OL Aint Doing It)

John "Don't Call Me Jarron" Collins.

Depends on Millsap leaving, though. If Millsap stays, I'm dead wrong on this one. If PM Leaves, Collins could put up decent numbers and outplay his #19 draft status.

Bell going to GS is interesting assuming they get creative otherwise he'll be stuck behind Green and Durant. Still can't believe they got first round talent in bell.

Always need backups. SA during their championships had to replace a player or two. I can see GS paying the tax for a couple of years, but the repeater penalty is pretty stiff. Maybe Green eventually has to be sacrificed.

I'd like do double down on Dennis SMith Jr. What a perfect pairing! Wow! At least he can't have any excuses for not succeeding - amazing coach, who even though demanding from his PGs usually elevates their game. He can make JJ Barea look serviceable, imagine what he can do with Smith if he commits to improving and developing his game.

A careful review of the rules reveals I can change my homer player after the draft up until the start of Summer League.

Semi Ojelye still has potential, but that potential isn't going to be seeing the court very often in Boston.

Malik Monk on the other hand, fell to Charlotte where he could play right away.

So , Semi out, Monk in.

I won't jump on the Spider Mitchel wagon in this thread, not because I don't think he can be great, but I think Bodhi and Spycam ought to retain their glory.
