2020 Annual All-Time NBA Draft

I'd be happy with a number of available players. But I'm going to shake things up and take someone I've never drafted before.

I'm going to pair one freak of nature with another:

KEVIN DURANT

1X MVP
2X Finals MVP
4X Scoring Champion

Since the introduction of the 3-point line, there are only 5 players who have ever averaged 35 PPG in a Finals series:

- Michael Jordan
- LeBron James
- Shaquille O'Neal
- Kevin Durant
- (I won't name the 5th because he hasn't been drafted)

God trades in these things are so stupid.

Wilt could have played in any era. He used to dominate games at UCLA against Magic Johnson and his Lakers teammates.

Of his memories of Wilt Chamberlain, the one that stood out for Larry Brown happened long after Chamberlain's professional career was over.

On a summer day in the early 1980s at the Men's Gym on the UCLA campus, Chamberlain showed up to take part in one of the high-octane pickup games that the arena constantly attracted. Brown was the coach of the Bruins back then, and Chamberlain often drove to UCLA from his home in Bel Air, Calif.

"Magic Johnson used to run the games," Brown recalled and he called a couple of chintzy fouls and a goaltending on Wilt.

"So Wilt said: 'There will be no more layups in this gym,' and he blocked every shot after that. That's the truth, I saw it. He didn't let one (of Johnson's) shots get to the rim."

The Cleveland Cavaliers called Wilt in the early 80’s and asked him if he'd still be interested in playing. Five or six years later, when Chamberlain was 50, the New Jersey Nets had the same idea.

The Nets decided to inquire about Wilt Chamberlain, and they offered him $362,500 for the last seven games of the regular season plus the playoffs. To put that money in perspective, NBA's salary cap for the 1985-86 season was $4,233,000. Even Chamberlain believed that the comeback was possible.

Great pick, but you lose. No one votes for awesome old timers here.

I’m interested in moving up also. Would offer my 2nd and 3rd to move up until a specific target is off the board. PM me if interested.

There is so many good players on the board still. Really can’t go wrong with 5-10 players in the next couple of picks.

Anyone in the 16-20 range willing to trade down to 24? I'll swap my 3rd and 5th to sweeten it.

Example:

I get:
16-20th pick
Your 3rd
Your 5th

U get:
24th pick
My 3rd (You move up 4-8 spots)
My 5th (You move up 4-8 spots)
That’s a great deal for you, you move up 4-8 spots while not really losing any picks. Lol

Trade announcement:

Wes gets silesian’s 1st, 3rd, 5th, 10th
Silesian gets Wes’ 1st, 4th, 7th, 9th

@Wes Mantooth please confirm
