He's talking and lying ($32000 is not the current average) about total cost. This is self explanatory when he lies that the "average cost is currently $32,000. $32,000 is a total cost, he's saying with his plan it will be $0 total cost. You and your "I'm putting you on ignore" minions are trying to stick up for an absolutely uneducated and ridiculous lie.
